This delicious mango flavoured vinegar is the perfect addition to all your summer dishes. The vinegar has a wonderful balance between sweet and sour which provides a very harmoniously flavour. The vinegar works fantastically as a fresh summer dressing for green salads if you mix it with a splash of olive oil. You can also use the vinegar for marinating chicken or fish.
